utility box cover project
The East Harriet Neighborhood Association (EHNA) is working with 4 local artists to design artwork for utility box wraps throughout the East Harriet neighborhood. This is a paid opportunity to create art that will bring color, vibrancy, and a sense of place to our community.

There are 4 utility boxes located at key intersections throughout East Harriet. Artists may submit proposals for individual boxes or for a cohesive set. The selected designs will be installed for up to five years, though EHNA reserves the right to remove or replace the wraps earlier if necessary.

We are prioritizing designs that reflect East Harriet’s identity — its people, history, parks, and creative energy — and that contribute to a more connected, inclusive, and welcoming neighborhood.

Applications are closed. Stay tuned for the reveal!
