EHNA

The East Harriet Neighborhood Association (EHNA) serves as a voice of our community when connecting with the city. We foster relationships with our neighbors, partners and the natural environment. It is our vision to foster a just, engaged and livable community, to amplify the voices of all.
East Harriet's volunteer board of directors consists of neighborhood residents and business owners who serve two-year terms. Board members have a broad variety of occupational backgrounds and interests. They focus their energies on the overall direction of the neighborhood as well as on committee work.

Neighborhood Engagement
When: 7pm, the 3rd Tuesday of each month
This committee focuses on events and outreach. The events can include Fall Fest, the Kite Festival, Happy Hours and a tent at Lyndale Open Streets. This committee recently spearheaded a neighborhood rebranding effort. A crucial goal for this committee is to make sure all residents and business owners are informed about what's happening in the neighborhood.

Community Partnerships
When: 7pm, the 3rd Wednesday of each month
This committee plans to engage with the neighborhood by forming and maintaining important partnerships. One of these partnerships will be created through a new and exciting block captain program. Join this committee to help lay the groundwork for how the program will work. Other valuable partnerships will include East Harriet schools, businesses, the South West Business Association as well as other partnership opportunities as they emerge.
